Glasgow Therapists is a therapist directory operated by Dr Aisha Tariq. Contact: hello@glasgowtherapists.com.

What data we collect

Directory visitors

• Post Your Need form: name, email, phone (optional), and your message.
• Analytics: anonymised usage data via Google Analytics 4 (with consent).

Listed practitioners

• Account data: name, email, password (hashed), professional details.
• Profile data: credentials, bio, photo, location, fees, specialisms.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe — we do not store card details.

How we use your data

• To display practitioner profiles in the directory.
• To respond to "Post Your Need" requests and match you with practitioners.
• To manage subscriptions and send service communications.
• To improve the site through anonymised analytics.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing.
• Cloudflare — for hosting and security.
• Google Analytics — for anonymised site analytics (with your consent).

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months. Practitioner accounts are retained while the subscription is active and for 30 days after cancellation.

Your rights
